Who is Vitaly Polovenko
- Polovenko became Umerov’s deputy in December last year. He was responsible for receiving and maintaining equipment in the rear.
- Polovenko took part in inspections of food suppliers to military units.
- According to the Ministry of Defense, since 2019 he has headed the logistics department of the National University defense of Ukraine. He is a participant in hostilities.
