As Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said in an interview with The Guardian, one air defense system is from Germany. Negotiations are ongoing on four others, and two more complexes are in sight. In addition, the eighth installation may come from the United States.

According to media reports, Greece and Spain are considering the supply of Patriot; Poland and Romania have the same systems.

Kuleba noted that negotiations are underway. obtaining these systems was difficult because “the countries operating the Patriot negotiate, in particular, compensation.”
