This was reported by the Kirovograd Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Almost 40 persons liable for military service took advantage of the attacker's scheme. The cost of the “service” ranged from $2,500 to $6,500. The total amount “earned” was about 9 million hryvnia.

The organizer was extradited to Ukraine on April 25, and is now in custody. In total, the group included eight people who, for a monetary reward, established a mechanism for crossing the state border by men of military age on the basis of forged documents.

The organizer of the transaction is accused of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 255, Part 4 of Article 28, Part 3 of Article 332, Part 1 and 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Indictments against six gang members are pending trial. For what they have done, they face up to 12 years in prison.
