Other enemy losses are in the news.

Russian infidels have a plan to capture Kharkov or Sumy. However, it is unknown whether they are able to implement these plans with the available forces. This was stated by the commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, Lieutenant General Alexander Pavlyuk, in an interview with The Times.

“Our intelligence services say that the Russians really have a plan to capture Kharkov or Sumy, but we do not know how serious these plans are and whether they are able to implement them with the forces they have,” the general said.

Commenting on a possible Russian offensive in May-June, Pavlyuk noted that the enemy will likely try to find a weak point in the Ukrainian defense and try to break through it. He added that in recent months the situation at the front has become noticeably more complicated. According to intelligence data, the goal of the Russian invaders this year is the occupation of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, as well as, if successful, the Zaporozhye region.

More details in the news.

British Foreign Secretary Lord David Cameron visited Ukraine on Thursday and told reporters that the weapons transferred by the British could be used to strike Russian territory.

According to Reuters, the diplomat said that “Ukraine has this right, and this is understandable: when Russia attacks Ukrainian territory, it is necessary to defend itself.” Cameron also promised £3 billion in annual military funding for Ukraine for as long as needed. According to him, “in terms of providing weapons, we have emptied all warehouses, and some of this equipment should arrive in Ukraine literally today, while I’m here.”

For the former British Prime Minister, this is the second visit to Kyiv in the status of head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the capital, he met with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Kuleba and President Vladimir Zelensky.

Throwing Russia back onto our internationally recognized borders does not mean winning the war. This opinion was expressed in a conversation with The Economist journalists by the deputy head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, General Vadim Skibitsky.

According to his conviction, Ukraine cannot win only through success on the battlefield. Such wars “end only with treaties.” Today, both sides are competing for the best position ahead of potential negotiations.

The general calls the second half of 2025 a possible time for the start of “meaningful negotiations.” By this point, Russia will feel “headwinds” in the form of a shortage of materials and engineers for military production. At the same time, both Russians and Ukrainians can be left without weapons – and under current circumstances, it is we who will run out of weapons first.

Skibitsky does not consider Article 5 of the NATO Charter on collective defense a sufficient means of suppression for Russia if Europe will not find an opportunity to increase military production and assistance to Ukraine. “The Russian Federation will capture the Baltic countries in a week. NATO’s response time is ten days,” the general stated. The most complete picture of today will definitely be on our website. !
