‚The HACS appeal left Nikitas’ bail of 908 thousand UAH unchanged

(VAKS) left the complaint unsatisfied the defender of ex-People's Deputy Maxim Nikitas and the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) on the decision of the investigator of the VAKS judge Oleg Tkachenko, the Anti-Corruption Center reports.

This decision was made by a panel of judges consisting of Dmitry Mikhailenko, Viktor Pankulich and Alexander Semennikov.

The SAPO prosecutor asked Nikitas to increase the bail amount to UAH 21 million.

At the same time, the defense asked not to determine any preventive measure, and also noted that Nikitas does not have the funds to pay bail.< /p> >

Previously, investigator Judge VAKS Tkachenko dismissed Nikitas from house arrest. They say you can’t keep someone under arrest for more than six months.

At the same time, the judge chose another preventive measure for him in the form of bail in the amount of 908 thousand UAH. In addition to the bail, Nikitas was also entrusted with a number of responsibilities, in particular: to hand over foreign passports and wear an electronic bracelet.
