Millions of families were temporarily left without means of cooking and heating. A new practice of the occupiers was shelling railway facilities.

According to the UN, about 7 thousand people were evacuated from the Kharkov region, many of them do not have access to food, medical care, electricity and gas. A total of 14 million of our citizens, that is, about 40% of the population, are in one way or another in need of humanitarian assistance.
