Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky asked British Prime Minister Keir Starmer to “demonstrate your leadership” and help Ukraine with “long-range capabilities” across the Russian Federation, writes The Guardian.

In his address to the British government, Zelensky noted that “if restrictions on Western weapons are lifted,” this will help Kyiv strengthen its defenses and secure its positions on the front line. According to him, “it is possible to destroy” the territories of Russia where weapons are concentrated.

On long-range capabilities, the president said that “we still do not have the main answer to this question,” and told the prime minister: “ I ask you to demonstrate your leadership” in this matter.
