The situation with medical institutions in the occupied territories is critical.

The occupiers force people at the TOT to replace their disability certificates with Russian ones, they continue to rely on the local population. In particular, they force people with disabilities to change their certificates with Russian ones. </p> <p>This is reported by the Center for National Resistance.</p> <p>Replacement of disability documents issued before March 1, 2023 occurs based on the results of a medical and social examination. However, the occupation administration did not indicate the conditions for passing this examination. </p> <p>“The situation with medical institutions in the occupied territories is simply critical. One confirmation of this is that at the WTO, civilian outpatient clinics were obliged to primarily serve soldiers from Russia. But in general, there is a difficult situation with personnel here,” the CNS informs.</p> <ul> <li>The Russians are bringing their doctors to the occupied territories of Ukraine, despite the refusal of the local TOT population to cooperate with them.</li> </ul> <p><!--noindex--></p> <p><a rel=lb.ua
