“The work activation of the SES, until 14 :00 one step is required to turn off in Lviv, Zakarpattia, Volynsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Vinnitsky, Odessky, Mykolayivsky and Kherson in all regions”, – go to the information.
Water hour, from 14:00 to 24:00 there will be three hours of light off, which means that half of Ukrainians will have no light at that hour.
