Only 1% of the amount allocated for the entire 2024 remains.
The chairman of the budget committee of the Verkhovna Rada Roksolana, which the state created for the needs of the restoration of Ukraine and the creation of fortifications, has almost no money left.
According to Ekonomichna Pravda, today the fund totals 592 million hryvnia. The total amount allocated for 2024 is 56 billion. That is, more than 5 months before the end of the year, the remainder is about 1%. And this is despite the fact that at first the estimate provided only 42 billion for the fund, and this amount was later increased.
The government envisages that within the framework of increasing budget expenditures by half a trillion hryvnia, the fund will be replenished – they plan to allocate 4.5 billion for this.
- The discount rate in Ukraine remained at 13%. Inflation is expected to be 8.5% by the end of the year.
