RBC-Ukraine reports this from a post on the website of the Center for National Resistance (CNS).

Now you can enter this zone without a pass, which is a form of occupation administration – fenced. The central nervous system added that from the 1st spring the enemy will be threatened with inheritance, if individuals without a proof pass will be identified.

As this means, the majority of the population was settled by Primus between these zones. In this way, the enemy actually deported the population and, with special permissions, allowed them to stay there.

The reason is the transfer of information to the locals about the transfer of the hostile army. Also, with these innovations, Russian zagarbniks want to follow the current flow of data.

“Proceeding with such hopes, even the majority of the population is not under the control of the Kremlin and is waiting for permission to work as quickly as possible to bring this moment closer.
