“This is the second attack on the city today. This time, the Russians hit the private sector: one house was destroyed, several more were damaged,” he said.
Vadim Filashkin once again called on the local population to evacuate from frontline settlements.
Over the past 24 hours, the Russian army attacked the Donetsk region, using 11 missiles. 16 settlements were under enemy fire.
