SBU reports suspicion to Russian special forces soldier who wanted to kill a civilian during the occupation 

<p> The Security Service has identified another war criminal from Russia involved in the torture of civilians during the occupation of part of Kyiv region. The perpetrator has been suspected.</p>
<p>This is stated on the SBU website.</p>
<p>The suspect is a 24-year-old serviceman of the 14th separate special forces brigade of the Main Directorate of the General Staff Russian Federation Alexander Tamryan.</p>
<p According to the special service, from the beginning of the full-scale war, he took part in the capture of the village of Kozarovichi in the Vyshgorod district of the Kyiv region. Tamryan was involved in conducting

“Thus, in early March 2022, while in the village, he, along with other Russian military personnel, drove around the homes of local residents. During one of these “raids,” Tamryan burst into the yard of a 50-year-old man and knocked him down with the butt of a machine gun. Defense forces, but could not.

The occupiers left the victim bleeding in the yard, and the suspect threatened to return and kill the man. The civilian managed to escape and save his life.

SBU investigators informed Tamryan in absentia of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (cruel treatment of civilians committed by a group of persons).
