The Verkhovna Rada adopted a bill to change the legal status of foreigners and especially without to take the fate at the protection of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine via submission to the website of the Verkhovna Rada.
This law is based on the legal status of foreigners and especially without the bulk, which takes part in the territorial integrity and incompleteness of Ukraine. Zokrem in cases when the passport lines of such foreigners have ended without a huge amount.
They also regulate the low number of problems that have arisen in foreigners, which reduces the possibility of ending their Nya and complete the procedure for the restoration of the vastness of Ukraine at the stars 'the language of the expansion of Ukraine's diplomatic relations with the powers of their relationship.
Bill No. 9585 transmitted:
- the possibility of revoking permission to immigrate and the population of Ukraine for expired passports and the registration of temporary residence for foreigners who are in Ukraine in a military defense warehouse or volunteer formations;
- family members of contract soldiers at the National Security Service, authorities and the State Special Transport Authority are denying the right to temporary residence;
- the citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus, who have become Ukrainian citizens since 24 February 2020, are guilty of submitting a document on the inclusion of foreign communities throughout the year after завершення воєнного стану;
- особи, які набули громадянство під час війни, можуть скласти іспити з Конституції, історії та мови протягом двох років після скасування воєнного стану.
Нагадаємо, у серпні 2023 року Кабмін зареєстрував законопроект №9585, в якому пропонується внести зміни до правового статусу іноземців та осіб без громадянства, які беруть участь у захисті територіальної цілісності та недоторканності Ukraine.
