The government must take measures to ensure the functioning of veteran spaces and ensure their accessibility. These spaces are necessary for the reintegration of war veterans into civilian life. The Cabinet of Ministers was also obliged to implement training programs for veteran space workers, introduce effective mechanisms for professional orientation of veterans, analyze the labor market to forecast the need for personnel by profession and specialty at the regional level.
Ukraine should create a consultative and analytical center “Unified Veteran Line” to ensure the provision of war veterans, their family members, and family members of deceased (deceased) veterans with information and advisory support, as well as conduct monitoring, analysis, and a comprehensive assessment of needs.
Regional military administrations and local governments are also responsible for supporting veterans.
