The MiG-31K took off amid a prolonged attack by attack drones.
A large-scale air raid alarm was declared in Ukraine at about 3:20 a.m. due to the takeoff of two Russian MiG-31K fighters. Both aircraft launched Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles.
According to monitoring channels, the high-speed targets were moving past Kyiv towards the western regions. They disappeared from radar in the Lviv region; there is preliminary information about an attempt by Russians to hit energy facilities in the Rivne region.
The Kinzhal attack occurred against the backdrop of the enemy's long-term use of Shahed-type attack drones. The drones are concentrated in the central and northern regions. The threat as of 3:30 continues.
Addition 3:47: monitoring channels claim that a third Kinzhal was launched towards the Zhytomyr and Khmelnytsky regions.
