According to local media, a hotel was hit where people were located. It is claimed that there are casualties. Judging by the photographs released from the scene, the civilian building suffered extensive damage.
“Bad news” was announced on his Facebook page by the chairman of the city defense council, Oleksandr Vilkul. The official promised to give specific details after the air raid alarm was over, but emphasized that rescue and medical services had gone to the scene to provide assistance to people.
