The draft law
The Forward Financial Committee praised this project and recommended praising it in the first reading.
The main thing will be an increase in the military collection from the income of the communities 1 .5% up 5%. For the Ministry of Finance, it is necessary to give the budget 27.3 billion hryvnias, in 2025 – 107.7 billion hryvnias.
The document also introduced the establishment of a military tax at the rate of 1% of income for unified tax payers of the third group (both individual entrepreneurs and legal entities). This will give a total of 6.8 billion hryvnias in 2025.
It is planned to introduce a military tax for individual entrepreneurs – payers of a single tax of groups I, II and IV at the level of 10% of the minimum salary – then 800 hryvnias month The budget allocates 1.7 billion hryvnias for the 2024 growth and 7.8 billion hryvnias for the 2025 growth.
An increase in the income tax rate for non-banking financial institutions (including insurers) was also transferred at 18% up to 25%. In addition, the budget deducts 157.7 million hryvnia from the 2025th generation.
Before the announcement of the increase in the tax on bank profits from 25% to 50%, we plan to turn to another reading. The infection is categorically against the NBU and the Ministry of Finance.
It is also planned to establish thousands of advance deposits from the tax on the income of enterprises that will contribute to the activities of the separate trade in palms. This will cost 1 billion hryvnia for the 2024 growth and 4.3 billion hryvnia for the 2025 growth.
In addition, there will be a monthly increase in wages. As Zheleznyak informed, this is necessary for economical armor.
Zheleznyak noted that the budget is deducting 30 billion hryvnia from 2024 from 125 billion hryvnia, as he asked the Ministry of Finance. In the coming year, there will be less than 127 out of 340 billion hryvnias.
It seems that the Cabinet of Ministers has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft change to the budget for 2024 for 500.3 billion hryvnias. Project No. 11416 allocated an additional 495.3 billion hryvnia for defense needs. It was realized that the money would be taken away for the purpose of increasing the supply and an increase in the appearance of the OVDP.
