On the night of September 17, Russians attacked water utility facilities with “shahids”.

This was reported by the press service of the Sumy OVA and the Sumy City Council.

“Tonight the enemy, using the Shahed UAV, launched a massive air strike on the city of Sumy,” the OVA said in a statement.

The consequences of the attack are being clarified. All services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack.

The city council added that due to the air strike on September 17 at 01:10, all water utility facilities were de-energized.

The water utility switched to emergency backup power. The drainage system is functioning. Water is supplied to the city with reduced pressure.

On the night of September 14, the Russians struck a power facility in the Sumy region.
