“On September 17, 720 people were evacuated from the Donetsk region, including 99 children and 5 people with disabilities. However, almost 355 thousand civilians remain in the region,” the OVA reported. It is also reported that the centralized evacuation point is located in Pavlograd, Dnipropetrovsk region, from where evacuation trains run daily. There are volunteers working there who register for assistance in the amount of 10.8 thousand hryvnia from international philanthropists for those evacuated by rail.

In addition, people evacuated from the region to safer regions have the opportunity to apply for assistance for IDPs from the state in the amount of 2 or 3 thousand hryvnia.
