In 24 hours, 50 hectares of forest were destroyed in Sumy region due to constant shelling by Russians, the Northern Forestry Office reports.

“Foresters are doing everything they can to contain the fire, but due to the dangers and mined areas, they can only work in accessible areas,” the statement said.
