A survey on the level of satisfaction of servicemen with dry rations, including field food sets No. 15 (regular and reinforced with heating), has been launched in the Army+ app.

The opinions of Ukraine's defenders and potential demand for inclusive rations will allow the Defense Ministry's agency “State Rear Operator” to build a procurement strategy and decide on the feasibility of purchasing dry rations of one type or another for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Defense Ministry is already working on expanding the range of dry rations – the list of available rations will include plant-based, kosher and halal sets.

“Expanding the list of dry rations is an important step in improving the provision of our military personnel. By introducing food that takes into account religious, medical and ethical needs, the Ministry of Defense provides for the individual needs of each and every one and creates the best conditions for fulfilling tasks to protect Ukraine,” said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov.

The survey began today, September 21, in the Army+ application. The application's functionality will allow for quick remote collection of military responses and transferring them to the “State Rear Operator” for analysis and decision-making. The survey will last 14 days.

The Ministry of Defense has undertaken to check food in military units

“Today, 250 thousand military personnel have already logged in to Army+. And every day up to 10 thousand users register in the application and can really influence changes in the army. And I am grateful to the team of the State Logistics Operator for their initiative and desire to take into account the opinion of the military, collected through a survey in Army+, in their work,” said Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Ekaterina Chernogorenko.

The department notes that this is the third survey conducted in Army+ among the military. Previous topics were: the use of combat systems and online training.
