A total of 125 combat clashes have occurred since the beginning of this day. More than 50% of the total number of battles took place in the Pokrovsky, Limansky and Kurakhovsky directions, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports on the operational situation as of 22:00.
Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy's attempts to advance deep into our territory, inflicting fire damage on them.
The Russian invaders launched two missile strikes on Ukrainian territory, 63 airstrikes, dropping 86 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they used more than 650 kamikaze drones to destroy and carried out almost 3,400 shelling attacks on our troop positions and populated areas.
In the Kharkov directionthe enemy twice unsuccessfully stormed the positions of our units in the Volchansk area. At the same time, the enemy's army aviation struck Kazachya Lopan with unguided air missiles.
In the Kupyansk direction the aggressor carried out offensive actions near Sinkovka, Stepnaya Novoselovka, Kruglyakovka, Kotlyarovka, Stelmakhovka and Lozovaya. Ukrainian defenders stopped five enemy attacks. Two more clashes are ongoing.
In the Limansk directionRussian invaders attacked the positions of the defense forces 23 times near Druzhelyubovka, Cherneshchyna, Grekovka, Nevsky, Makeyevka, Belogorovka and Novosadovye. Four clashes are still ongoing.
In the Seversky direction our defenders repelled the assault of the occupation forces towards Vyemka.
In the Kramatorsk direction the enemy, with the support of aviation, stormed our positions near Kalinovka, Maisky, Andreyevka and Belaya Gora. The defense forces stopped seven attacks by the invaders, two more clashes are ongoing.
In the Toretsk direction11 battles took place. The Russians also stormed the positions of Ukrainian units near Toretsk, Shcherbinovka and Nelipovka with air support. Seven attacks by the aggressor have been repelled, four are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of this day, the enemy has attacked 25 times in the areas of Novotoretsk, Selidovoye, Novogrodovka, Krasny Yar, Vozdvizhenka, Mikhailovka and Marinovka. Our defenders have repelled 24 assaults. The battle is still ongoing near Selidovo. Today, according to preliminary data, 460 occupiers were neutralized in this direction, 188 of them were irretrievably killed. Two combat armored vehicles and 11 cars were also destroyed. A tank, one armored fighting vehicle, seven artillery systems and nine cars were damaged. Yekaterinovka and Gornyak. Thirteen combat contacts have been completed, and seven more are still ongoing.
According to preliminary data, the enemy's losses in this direction, irretrievable and wounded, amounted to 100 people. Four combat armored vehicles were also destroyed.
In the Vremevsky direction the enemy attacked our units five times near Ugledar, Yekaterinovka and Vodyanoye. One attack by the occupiers is still ongoing.
In the Orekhovsky direction the invaders' troops stormed the positions of the Defense Forces four times near Robotino, Novoandreyevka and Novodanilovka. One combat contact is still ongoing.
In the other directions – without any significant changes.
The operation in the Kursk region continues. The enemy's aviation continues to strike its villages and cities with guided aerial bombs.
