On the evening of September 22, an explosion occurred at a transformer substation in the Promyshlennyi microdistrict in Ternopil, the local publication 20 Minutes reported.

According to the State Emergency Service, part of a transformer caught fire on Lukianovicha Street. Rescuers were dispatched to the scene.

Several streets in the regional center were left without power.

The situation in the area of the village of Peschanoye in the Kharkiv region, south of Kupyanskaya, continues to deteriorate.

Deep State analysts note that the Russians are moving towards the Uzlovaya-Kupyansk road, which is the main logistics route in the area.

The Defense Forces are making efforts to stop the enemy, in particular, they are constantly working with drones.

Now the occupiers are storming with the available forces, which should be exhausted. However, if the enemy brings up reserves, this will allow them to build on their success and threatens to disrupt logistics, which will be a very bad consequence for the Ukrainian units. Deep State noted that the enemy has long been actively using FPV drones on roads and aircraft on crossings and destroying populated areas.

Two female mine workers in the Donetsk region were found dead on the territory of the enterprise as a result of shelling and a fire in the last 24 hours, another was hospitalized.

“A fire broke out due to shelling of the mine's territory; combustion products did not enter the mine. At the time of the incident, there were 371 workers in the mine; all were brought to the surface. The fire has been extinguished. As a result of the inspection of the buildings, two workers were found dead, and another victim was taken to the hospital,” the Ministry of Energy said in a statement.

The settlement where the tragedy occurred has not been specified.

An RS-28 Satan or even Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile exploded in Russia, Defense Express reported, citing satellite images from OSINT analysts.

According to the publication, on the morning of September 22, information appeared in the public domain that allows us to say that the Russians had an RS-28 or even a Sarmat missile explode, but not because of a successful strike by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the GRAU arsenal and ammunition base where shells from the DPRK were being transported in the Tver Region and Krasnodar Krai.

A satellite image of the Russian Plesetsk Cosmodrome shows the result of an unsuccessful test of a Russian intercontinental ballistic missile, presumably between September 20 and 22, 2024. Only a crater remains at the site of the launch pad.

“The explosion of an intercontinental missile during a test launch is a catastrophe that can happen literally once every half century. Because the previous similar episode that can be recalled here is the explosion in October 1960 at the Baikonur Cosmodrome during the first test launch of the R-16 intercontinental ballistic missile,” the publication writes.

We can assume that in the case of the crater at the launch site of the Sarmat, the Russians are unlikely to officially acknowledge the fact of the disaster, let alone officially publish the results of the incident.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog has denied his country's involvement in the mass explosions of pagers in Lebanon.

In an interview with Sky News, Herzog said that he “unequivocally rejects any connection with any source of the operation,” and noted that Hezbollah has “many enemies.”

“Hezbollah has many enemies, quite a few of them lately. Hezbollah is strangling Lebanon, destroying Lebanon, sowing chaos in Lebanon over and over again. We are here simply to defend ourselves. That is all we do,” the head of the Israel.

The most complete picture of today is on our website. We hope that tomorrow there will be more good news.

We hold on and bring Victory closer!
