The Russian army killed an 82-year-old woman in Kupyansk, Kharkiv region. This was reported by the head of the OVA Oleg Sinegubov.

“At about 09:00, the occupiers launched another attack on Kupyansk. Unfortunately, an 82-year-old civilian woman was killed. Law enforcement officers and emergency services are working at the scene,” the report says.
