On the night of September 22, at about 23:00, Russian troops carried out airstrikes on Zaporizhia and Zaporizhia. As a result of the attack, people were wounded, among the injured a 15-year-old teenager, the Zaporizhia OVA and the State Emergency Service reported.

Rescuers evacuated residents of damaged apartment buildings. One woman was freed from her own apartment. In total, 47 rescuers and 10 units of equipment were involved in the cleanup.

The enemy carried out 13 missile strikes (36 missiles), 538 airstrikes (830 KAB), about 30,000 shellings (1,139 from multiple launch rocket systems).
In the border areas of the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling, and carries out airstrikes. The Kurakhovsky direction saw the largest number of assaults – 319. The defense forces continue to hold back the enemy near Ukrainskoye, Tsukurino, Zhelanny Pervy, Georgievka, Konstantinovka, Yekaterinovka.
