On the night of September 22, at about 23:00, Russian troops carried out airstrikes on Zaporizhia and Zaporizhia. As a result of the attack, people were wounded, among the injured a 15-year-old teenager, the Zaporizhia OVA and the State Emergency Service reported.

Cars belonging to local residents were destroyed. Houses in the private sector in one of the villages of the Zaporizhzhia region were damaged,” the Prosecutor General's Office reported.

Rescuers evacuated residents of damaged apartment buildings. One woman was freed from her own apartment. In total, 47 rescuers and 10 units of equipment were involved in the cleanup.

Meanwhile, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that 1,317 combat clashes occurred in Ukraine over the previous week. Russia continues to focus its main efforts on the Pokrovsky, Kurakhovsky, Limansky and Kupyansky directions. The enemy carried out 13 missile strikes (36 missiles), 538 airstrikes (830 KAB), about 30,000 shellings (1,139 from multiple launch rocket systems).

In the border areas of the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling, and carries out airstrikes. It uses UAVs to clarify the position of our troops and strikes, General Staff representative Dmitry Likhovoy said on the air of the telethon.

In the Pokrovsky directionThe defenders repelled 278 attacks by the occupiers. The enemy concentrated its main offensive efforts in the areas of the settlements of Vozdvizhenka, Novotoretskoye, Grodovka, Novogrodovka, Nikolaevka, Aleksandropol, Zelenoe Pole, Mikhailovka, Mirolyubovka, Marinovka and Krasny Yar.

The Kurakhovsky direction saw the largest number of assaults – 319. The defense forces continue to hold back the enemy near Ukrainskoye, Tsukurino, Zhelanny Pervy, Georgievka, Konstantinovka, Yekaterinovka.
