In Action, sailors can now appoint a proxy without visiting a notary.

Previously, a power of attorney could only be issued by a notary, a paid service that lasts up to a week.

He explained that the representative will receive a QR code by mail, which must be shown at the Shipping Administration to pick up the documents.
