“This decision essentially returns competitive selection to positions in the enterprises of the Ministry of Defense. Yesterday, the working group on selection began its work. During the martial law, mandatory competitions for the positions of heads and chairmen of executive bodies of state enterprises have been suspended, with certain exceptions.

The decision of the Ministry of Defense will apply exclusively to enterprises under the operational control of the Defense Ministry and is aimed at ensuring a transparent selection of candidates for leadership positions.
The working group will determine and approve the criteria for evaluating candidates for these positions for each enterprise separately. At the same time, the selection of candidates will be based on the transparency of the evaluation criteria and requirements for the position, and the openness of the announcements of the competition. in the meetings of the selection working group.
