Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky agreed to allow strikes deep into Russia with all partners. One thing is clear: the Russians are the first to know about this.
RBC-Ukraine informs about this following the statement of the press secretary of the President of Ukraine Sergei Nikiforov in the telethon.
