The air defense was working effectively in the region, said the head of the Kyiv OVA Ruslan Kravchenko. There were no casualties, no hits either.
“In five districts of the region, as a result of falling debris from downed targets, grass and stubble caught fire. In one of the districts, as a result of falling debris, a fire broke out in a private house. In another, debris damaged a cemetery. Task forces continue to work to record and eliminate the consequences of the attack,” he said.
The Air Force reported that a total of 67 drones were shot down, but one more remained in the sky. At 9:11, Kravchenko reported combat work on the drone.
“Kiev region! UAVs have been detected in the airspace. Air defense forces are working on targets,” he said.
The chairman of the OVA called on residents of the region to take shelter for the retreat.
