Kherson OVA confirmed the start of mailing summonses in the region

The administration held a meeting with colleagues from the regional TCC and Ukrposhta.

The meeting with the participation of representatives of the Kherson OVH military administration reported on its Facebook page about the start of a campaign to notify military-liable citizens in the region by mail.

Deputy Head of the OVA Olha Maliarchuk spoke with Deputy Head of the Regional Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center Oleksandr Samotei and Director of Network Development for the Mykolaiv and Kherson Regions at Ukrposhta Volodymyr Ocheretnyuk. During the meeting, officials noted that summonses by mail are a legal procedure that should improve mobilization work.

Summonses are generated using a single state register and printed directly by Ukrposhta. They contain a QR code that can be used to verify that the document has an electronic signature of the head of the TCC. In order to fulfill the requirements specified in the summons, conscripts have 14 days.
