Russians struck Kupyansk, there are casualties
Today, October 1, at about 16:30, a FAB-250 airstrike hit the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region.
This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv region police.
“As a result of the shelling, an apartment building, a gas pipe, civilian cars and two ambulances were damaged. Private houses and garages caught fire. “Dry grass is burning at the impact site,” the police said.

In addition, at 18:00, the Russians struck the city with the Uragan MLRS. As a result of the shelling, a 69-year-old woman and a 45-year-old driver of an emergency medical vehicle were wounded.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for violating the laws and customs of war.
