The city of Shostka and the entire community were left without electricity and water due to an attack on infrastructure facilities, the city's mayor Nikolai Noga reported.
“Yesterday, October 1, a pack of Russian Shaheds attacked the Shostka community! A number of critical infrastructure facilities were destroyed! As a result of the attack, the city and the entire community were left without electricity and water. Elevators stopped. Communication is intermittent! Emergency rescue services are working!” the message says.
