History, production
The design of the system was launched on a mobile chassis in 1999, and production began in 2010. Rozrobnik – Nizhny Novgorod Scientific and Research Institute of Radio Engineering.
The Russians carried out testing of the radar at the test sites across the river, and after 12 months there was a public presentation. Serial production of “Sky-M” began in 2012-2013. The current authorities have information that in 2017 the radar stations began to remove parts of the anti-aircraft defense of the Central Military District of the Western Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the expansion of the Nebo-M station will help cover the borders of the Russians beyond the Urals and in the Arctic ITSI.
Characteristics
