As I said, Ukraine, as before, is close to NATO, we have a comprehensive package of assistance, which helps. Ukraine “promote reforms,” said the new Secretary General.
Rutte added that today many people are working with Ukrainians to enhance and promote reforms.
The Secretary General noted the success of Ukraine’s upcoming membership in NATO and that , that Russia does not have a veto right on the price.
“Ukraine is becoming stronger day by day and, as before, is becoming ready to join the Alliance, and this helps to create a place for membership. I think that day will come. Ukraine will become a full member of NATO. Russia, from this diet, has no influx and no veto,” he said.
