The current Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the mobilization procedure, shortening turnout times to territorial recruitment centers. There is a new wording in paragraph 34 about the summons, which is enforced by mail.

“Ukrposhta” distributes summonses without the participation of the TCC
In the spring, “Ukrposhta” began to distribute agendas after centralizing the exchange of agendas in electronic form on the 17th. So, on our servers we found summonses from all TCCs, signed with the electronic signatures of their bosses.
