Bill 11379-d was expanded with the aim of introducing an extension to the mobilization of military diseases until the 25th century, which previously had a small status in the country of health (and after the 2024 deadline not added to the service).
And also in order to choose nutrition from the services of those mobilized from among those who are standing on the military service of military conscripts, as they were found unsuitable before serving in peacetime, surrounded by adverbial clauses The hour of war and 25 years have not yet reached.
Today's parliament supported changes to the law on mobilization training and mobilization. 311 people's deputies voted in favor. It becomes clear why it is necessary to prepare a comprehensive law with strict mechanisms and terms, so that the fighting strength of the army does not suffer.
It is not prohibited to mobilize up to 25 troops?
It is significant that from the beginning of a full-scale war, military conscripts were exhausted under mobilization, so that the military had 27 to 60 soldiers (conscripts from 18 to 27 soldiers could go into service voluntarily). President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the law on mobilization from 25 years of age at the beginning of 2024.
People aged 18 to 25 years lost their status as conscripts. However, not everyone is in a hurry, despite the mobilization, everyone continued:
- those who have completed military service
- those who have completed their military service and have received military service іyskovo- regional specialty
- those who are recognized by the Military Medical Commission as inappropriate for service in peacetime and in military service
The problem is that the law has recently gained rank, which has reduced the status of the interconnected subordinate. And such Ukrainians automatically became voyskovozovoznye, say that they are young for 25 years.
In this way, thousands of boys under 25 years old, who were previously known between adverbial clauses during the war, before the new law gained force promote mobilization. For replacement with healthy one-year-olds, do not go under eyelids. This law may fill a legal gap.
