Gnezdilov was given a quick turnaround from the desertion inquiry

Military service of the 56th motorized infantry brigade Sergiy Gnezdilov, who raised suspicions of desertion, took a way out . The Pechersk District Court sent him under arrest.

The correspondent of RBC-Ukraine reports this.

According to the decisions of the court, Gnezdilov will spend at least 60 days in the pre-trial detention center.

Військовослужбовцю, який вчинив СЗЧ і публічно про це заявляв, інкримінують статтю 408, частину 4 ККУ (самовільне залишення військової частини, вчинене з метою ухилення від військової служби, в умовах воєнного стану). Vaughn is transferring up to 12 sentences of reduced liberty.

It is significant that the prosecutors asked for the arrest of the suspect without the right to arrest him. That's why Gnezdilov's lawyers have been fussing about the court's conclusion.

What is known about Gnezdilov’s justice, who is a public servant of the SZCh

On the 21st of April, Sergey Gnezdilov, who in 2019 reached the ZSU lava, wrote on his Facebook page about those who arbitrarily deprived the military unit (further, at the moment, SZCh is the commander of the aerial reconnaissance branch of the 56th creamy motorized infantry brigade of Mariupol).

In his words, he has done this with the aim of “paying attention to the necessity of rotation for pleasure, as well as to the availability of clear terms for service.”

The 56th division of the motorized infantry brigade of the Mariupol brigade responded to the site and stated that they had already assigned the investigation service. They also added that the military “committed actions to avenge the signs of criminal offence.”

This story resonated and was actively discussed among the people. However, the thoughts of the marriage and Gnezdilov’s behavior were divided. The leaders criticized him for his self-inflicted actions, but they nevertheless received encouragement. At the same time, everyone appreciates that the military can introduce their brothers-in-arms with such actions and motivate others to do the same.

We guess that on the 9th of June it became known about Gnezdilov’s cover-up. According to the investigation, at the beginning of the spring, the military service began to receive referrals to the hospital for a medical examination by the military medical commission.

However, in reality, the patient was not admitted to the hospital without being in hospital, and after the completion of the designated term other VLK until the place of service is not turning around, going back to more – in 2 decades, actually moving from law enforcement officers, changing places and places of residence.

For now, the lawyer of the military service Oleksandr Shadrin confirmed in a commentary to RBC-Ukraine that Gnezdilov was informed about the suspicion of desertion.

At the DBR, they respected that the demonstrative and public deprivation of the military unit in the minds of the wartime “is not only immoral to the brothers who were lost at the front, but also demoralizes the Soviet Union This is a hell of a discussion, which definitely works to its advantage to our enemy.”
