The Russians carried out 43 air strikes on Ukrainian territory.
This is stated in the evening report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Today, the enemy carried out 43 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine (including 76 KABs), used 418 kamikaze drones to destroy them. Conducted more than 2,900 attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas. In the Kharkov direction, military clashes continued in the Staritsa area.
According to preliminary estimates, enemy losses in the area today amount to 67 servicemen killed and wounded, our soldiers also destroyed an armored combat vehicle and 16 UAVs, damaged three artillery systems, two vehicles and a unit of special equipment.
In Kup, the enemy tried to advance towards our positions near Petropavlovka, Peschanoye, Vishnevoye, Kopanki and Lozovaya 16 times during the day. Five attacks were repelled by the Defense Forces, 11 combat contacts are ongoing.
In the Limansky direction the invading army attacked 19 times in the areas of Grekovka, Druzhelyubovka, Novosadovoye, Nevsky, Terny and Torsky. Four combat clashes are still ongoing, the rest – our soldiers stopped.
In the Kramatorsk directionthe enemy attacked our units' positions twice. The attack near Vremenny Yar failed, the battle continues near Stupochki.
In the Toretsk direction our troops repelled four enemy attacks near Toretskaya and Shcherbinovka. Three attacks were repelled, the battle continues. The situation is under control.
The enemy tried to penetrate our defenses 22 times in the Pokrovsky directionin the areas of the settlements of Sukhoi Yar, Lisovka, Luch and Selidovo. The occupiers are concentrating their main efforts in this direction in the Selidovo area, where there have been 15 attempts by the enemy to advance. The enemy is suffering significant losses – according to preliminary information, today our soldiers have neutralized 228 occupiers in this direction, 105 of them irretrievably. An armored combat vehicle and three vehicles of the occupiers have been destroyed.
Difficult situation in the Kurakhovsky direction, where the enemy attacked our positions 29 times near Kremennaya Balka, Izmailovka, Novoselidovka, Kurakhovka, Gornyak, Maksimilyanovka, Konstantinovka and Yekaterinovka. The enemy was most active in the areas of Zhelannoye Drugohr and Konstantinovka. At present, Ukrainian soldiers have repelled 19 attacks, ten combat contacts are still ongoing.
In the Vremevsky direction the battle continues near Zolotaya Niva.
In the Orekhovsky direction the occupiers tried three times to push back our units near Robotinoye and Malaya Tokmachka.
In the Dnieper direction the enemy continues to try to dislodge our units from their positions. The aggressor carried out seven unsuccessful assaults during the day.
There were no significant changes in other areas.
“The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct the operation in the Kursk region. Today, the soldiers of the 79th separate airborne assault Tavricheskaya brigade of the Ukrainian Airborne Troops should be noted for their effective and professional combat work, who are effectively destroying the enemy, inflicting significant losses in manpower and equipment,” the General Staff noted.
