“To combine into one appeal proceeding the appeals of the Pochayiv City Council and Pochayiv Holy Spirit Monastery of the Ternopil Diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, filed against the decision of the Commercial Court of the Ternopil Region dated August 14, 2024,” the document says.
The appeal of the court's decision, which returned the complex of buildings of the Holy Spirit Monastery of the Holy Dormition Pochayiv Lavra to the state, will be considered on October 31.
