The number of victims of yesterday's Russian strike on the city has increased in Kharkov. As of 03:00, 12 people are known: seven women aged 22 to 83 and five men aged 21 to 38.

This was reported by the National Police.

According to preliminary data from bomb disposal experts, the Russian military struck Kharkov with KAB-250 guided aerial bombs with UMPK.

On October 20, at about 10:00 p.m., Russians shelled three districts of Kharkov. According to law enforcement officials, Russian tactical aircraft approached for strikes from Belgorod, and the KABs were “scattered” around the city chaotically. This does not indicate a targeted attack on military facilities, but terrorism of the local population.
