According to local residents, a fire broke out at a synthetic rubber plant in Yefremov, Tula Oblast. A UAV also operated close to a thermal power plant in Bryansk Oblast.
The authorities officially acknowledged the hit only in Tula Oblast. But, according to the governor, for some reason two distilleries were burning.
