Consequences of Russian shelling

On October 24, two people were killed as a result of Russia's attack on a post office in the Donetsk region.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

At about 16:30, the Russian army shelled the village of Alekseevo-Druzhkovka, Kramatorsk district. The target was a civilian infrastructure facility – one of the local post offices.

“As a result of the enemy attack, a 19-year-old worker and a 21-year-old citizen received injuries incompatible with life. Another 37-year-old man was taken to a medical facility with a mine-explosive injury. He is receiving qualified assistance,” the prosecutor’s office noted.

The rubble is being cleared and search operations are ongoing at the site of the shelling.
