As RBC-Ukraine reports, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this at the evening meeting.

The money can be spent on tickets at Ukrzaliznytsia and Ukrainian medical services. Zelensky instructed that these funds could be spent on Ukrainian books and cultural services. They can also be donated to the military – to volunteers, to drones.
“All the details need to be taken into account by the Cabinet and presented to all the people. I will check for it as soon as possible. People will have pennies in the first place,” Zelensky said, emphatically .
Cashback program
To begin with, Zelensky announced the creation of the “Buy Ukrainian” program. The program has announced that Ukrainians can withdraw part of the cashback for the purchase of Ukrainian goods on a special card.
Recently, this program asked – you can withdraw cashback in the amount of 10% of the cashback on Insures for the purchase of goods from Ukrainian manufacturers. The maximum amount of payments is 3 thousand hryvnias per month.
