The Russian Federation is steadily shelling the Kupyansk community of the Kharkov region. In connection with this, 100 to 200 people are now evacuating.
Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, announced this, informing RBC-Ukraine that it has sent to broadcast the telethon.
