There have been 159 combat clashes since the beginning of the day, the General Staff reports on the situation as of 22:00.
The enemy launched one missile strike using one missile, 60 air strikes using 102 KABs, more than 550 strikes by kamikaze drones and carried out more than 3.5 thousand shelling attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas using various types of weapons.
In the Kharkov direction, there were seven clashes with the Russian invaders. All attacks in the areas of Vovchansk and Staritsa were repelled by Ukrainian soldiers.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attempted to displace our units from their positions near Kondrashovka, Sinkovka, Petrovpavlovka, Kruglyakovka, Zagryzovoye, Vishnevoye, Berestovoye and Pervomayskoye 13 times. Two attacks are ongoing.
The enemy attacked 18 times in the Liman direction, tried to advance in the direction of the settlements of Grekovka, Makeyevka, Terny, Torskoye, Zarechnoye, Serebryanka and Grigoryevka. One combat contact continues near Serebryanka.
In the Seversky direction the occupiers attacked twice in the Belogorovka area, without success.
The enemy tried to penetrate our defenses nine times in the Toretsk direction. Since the beginning of the day, the occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Shcherbinovka and Toretsk have received a tough rebuff from our defenders four times. Five attacks are still ongoing.
The enemy is intensively attacking Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsk direction. Here, during the day, the aggressor carried out 40 assault and offensive actions. The greatest activity of the Russian occupiers remains in the areas of Vozdvizhenka, Mirolyubovka, Luch, Lisovka, Krutoy Yar, Krasny Yar, Nikolaevka and Selidovoye. In total, the Ukrainian defenders have already repelled 36 attacks in this direction, and four more clashes are ongoing. The situation is difficult, but controlled by the Defense Forces. Our soldiers are making efforts to prevent the enemy from advancing deep into Ukrainian territory. According to currently available information, today the aggressor's losses in this direction amounted to about 300 people killed and wounded. Five vehicles, one motorcycle and one buggy were destroyed. In addition, eight cars, three mortars and one motorcycle were damaged.
In the Kurakhovsky directionBy this time of day, there have been 40 combat clashes. The invaders remain highly active, trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Izmailovka, Stepanovka, Novodmitrovka, Novoselidovka, Ostroye, Dalneye, Antonovka, Konstantinovka, Elizavetovka, Yekaterinovka. Units of the Defense Forces repelled 33 enemy attacks, seven attacks are still ongoing.
In the Vremevsky direction our soldiers stopped one assault by the invaders in the Bogoyavlenka area.
In the Orekhovsky direction one unsuccessful attack by the enemy was repelled by our defenders during the day near Novodanilovka.
In the Dnieper direction our soldiers repelled five attacks by the Russian invaders on the positions of the Ukrainian army.
The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue the operation in the Kursk region. Russian aviation continues to strike with guided aerial bombs on the territory of Russia. At present, 21 air strikes are known with the use of 34 KAB.
There have been no significant changes in the situation in other areas.
