Kherson, Kindeika and Belozerka came under attack from the Russian Federation.
Consequences of the shelling of the Kherson region
The Russian army attacked the suburbs of Kherson, as well as a residential area of the city.
This was reported by the Kherson regional prosecutor's office.
“Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson regional prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (parts 1, 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the report says.
According to the investigation, on October 26 at about 00:40, Russian military dropped explosives from a drone in Kindiyka. A man received injuries incompatible with life.
At about 2:40, the enemy fired at Belozerka with artillery. They hit a house. A woman's body was released from under its rubble.
The Russian military also fired at Kherson at night. A man, who was in the house at the time of the attack, was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
