The Russians are slowly advancing in Donetsk region and were able to partially capture Selidovo.

This was reported by the spokesman of the 15th Brigade of the National Guard “Kara-Dag” Vitaly Milovidov on the air of the telemarathon.

According to Milovidov, the Russians are trying to cordon off Selidovo, while storming neighboring settlements. The situation in the city is very difficult. The Russians have been actively storming the settlement for almost a week, using large reserves and having pushed some units here along the northern section of the Pokrovsky direction. They have also used all the bridgeheads that they have been preparing since September.

The speaker noted that the enemy is attacking Selidovo from three flanks simultaneously – from the north, east and south. Last Monday, October 21, the Russians conducted a preliminary massive artillery preparation for about 20 hours, deployed the maximum number of assault units and were able to break through to the eastern and southern outskirts of Selidovo and partially consolidate due to the large force of personnel.

In Selidovo, Russian infidels shot at a civilian car with civilians.

“Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being carried out on criminal proceedings regarding violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office said in a statement.

According to the prosecutor's office, on October 27, several Telegram channels published information about the killings of civilians in Selidovo by the occupiers.

“The released video shows how representatives of the aggressor state's troops probably fired automatic weapons at a civilian car in a populated area. During the attack, there were two civilians in the car, one of whom was wounded,” the department added.

< Ukrainian Armed Forces troops arrived at the scene and, having pulled the victim away from the line of fire, provided him with first aid and evacuated civilians from the shelling. This presumably happened on October 24, 2024.

It is also known that the enemy shot two more women in the city.

Urgent investigations (search actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the events and identifying the victims of the occupiers) are currently underway.
