The deceased child is a boy. He was freed from under the rubble with severe head injuries and fractures. Doctors tried to resuscitate him, but the injuries he received as a result of the strike were too severe.

Meanwhile, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that a total of 145 attacks have been recorded over the past 24 hours, 41 of which were in the Kurakhovsky direction.< /p>

The operation in the Kursk region continues; over the past 24 hours, the Russians have carried out 19 strikes with 20 guided aerial bombs and 133 artillery attacks on Russian territory.

From the Kursk and Orel directions, the enemy attacked with 43 Shahed-type attack UAVs and unidentified drones. In addition to two Kh-59/69 guided air missiles shot down in the evening in the Odessa region, as of 08:00, 17 enemy UAVs were confirmed to have been shot down. 23 drones were lost, and three more Russian UAVs left controlled airspace in the direction of Russia and the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.

Air defense was in effect in the Odessa, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovograd, Kharkov, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Poltava regions.

The Russian army occupied Selidovo in the Donetsk region, Deep State analysts reported.

The Russians also captured Vyshneve and Zvezdnoye and advanced near Novoukrainka, Novodmitrovka and Kurakhovka. All of these settlements belong to the Donetsk region.

Official sources have not yet confirmed the information about the capture of Selidovoye.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin from his post.
