Sky Defenders Shot Down 39 Enemy Attack Drones

On the night of November 2, the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces shot down 39 enemy attack drones.

This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force.

The occupiers struck the territory of Ukraine with a guided Kh-31P air missile from the airspace of the Belgorod region and 71 Shahed attack UAVs and unidentified drones in the Orel and Kursk directions.

As of 11:00, 39 enemy UAVs have been confirmed shot down in the Kirovograd, Kyiv, Sumy and Poltava regions. 21 drones were lost, 5 UAVs returned to Russia.

The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, aviation, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine.

As of 11:00, there are still about 5 attack UAVs in the air. Combat operations continue. Information is being clarified and updated.

According to preliminary data, as a result of the Russian attack, apartment buildings and private houses in the Sumy, Poltava, Kyiv and Odessa regions were damaged due to falling debris.

The debris of Russian drones fell in six districts of the capital, there are victims, including a law enforcement officer who evacuated people.
